Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using or making a purchase from aradhyaproducts.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Site or place an order.

• "Products" means any goods offered for sale on the Site (Rudraksha, Vedic plates, yantras, malas, bracelets, puja items, etc.).

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may, at our sole discretion, accept or decline any order for any reason (including stock unavailability or suspected fraud).

• After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent when the item is dispatched. Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract between you and Aradhya Products occurs when we send the shipping confirmation email.

4. Prices & Payment

• Prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing are subject to correction. If a pricing error occurs after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order.

• Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the payment methods displayed on the Site. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or anyone using your payment method.

5. Product Information & Authenticity

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photos and specifications. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur because of screen settings or artisanal production methods.

• For certain spiritual items we may provide certificates of authenticity where applicable. While we take steps to verify authenticity from our suppliers, we do not guarantee spiritual outcomes or benefits. Any statements about spiritual or health benefits are informational and not medical or professional advice.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Title

• Shipping, delivery times, fees and related terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk in the goods pass to you in accordance with the selected delivery method and applicable law.

16. Refunds & Chargebacks

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or there is an issue with a payment, contact us first at arydhyaproducts@gmail.com. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.

17. Changes to Prices, Products & Terms

We may modify product offerings, prices and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Aradhya Products regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
