1. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (festivals, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
2. Domestic shipping (India)
We ship across India. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–8 business days from the shipping date for most metro areas. Remote or rural locations may take up to 12 business days. We use trusted courier partners and postal services and choose the best carrier for reliable delivery.
3. International shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary widely depending on customs and the destination country — typically 7–21 business days. Customs clearance and local postal services can cause additional delays.
4. Shipping rates & duties
Shipping fees depend on the order weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Tracking your order
When your order ships, we’ll send an email with the tracking number and a link (if provided by the carrier). If tracking is not available for your shipment, we will still send a shipping confirmation with estimated delivery.
6. Lost, damaged or delayed shipments

Damaged on arrival: Please inspect packages on delivery. If an item is damaged, keep the packaging and photos and contact us within 48 hours at arydhyaproducts@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will guide the next steps (refund, replacement or repair).

Lost shipments or non-delivery: If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will work with them to file a claim. If a claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Delays beyond carrier estimates: Some delays are caused by customs, extreme weather, or carrier issues. We’ll keep you updated and assist with carrier claims when needed.
7. Backorders & out-of-stock items
If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock/shipping date and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
8. Cancellations & changes
Orders can be canceled or changed only before they enter processing. If you need to cancel or change shipping details, email arydhyaproducts@gmail.com immediately. Once the order ships, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
9. Returns & shipping on returns
Return shipping policies vary by product. Please review our Return Policy for specifics. In general, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
10. Customs, import taxes and fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
11. Address accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address is correct. If the carrier returns goods due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges to resend the order will be borne by the customer.
