1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Aradhya Products. If you are not satisfied, this Return Policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund. Returns are subject to the conditions below.
2. Return window
You may return most unused, unwashed and undamaged items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories.
3. Non-returnable / non-exchangeable items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or spiritual integrity reasons. These include (but are not limited to):

Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery (e.g., worn malas, altered jewelry).

Personalized or custom-made items.

Opened or unsealed items that are by nature non-returnable.

Perishable goods, downloadable products, gift cards, and services.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at arydhyaproducts@gmail.com with:

We will review and — if confirmed — offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund. If a replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund.
5. Return shipping & costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged, defective), Aradhya Products will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.

If you are returning for any other reason (change of mind, size preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. How to start a return (step-by-step)

Email arydhyaproducts@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.

We will reply with an RMA (return authorization) and the return shipping address or prepaid label (if applicable).

Pack the item securely and ship it within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Include a copy of the invoice/order number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
7. Refunds & processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item and complete inspection. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary by bank or payment provider.
8. Exchanges
If you want an exchange (same item, different size or color) and the replacement is in stock, we will ship the replacement once we receive the returned item and complete inspection. If the replacement is not in stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
9. Returned items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us
We recommend returning items via a tracked courier and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit unless a prepaid label we provided was used and the shipment is traceable.
10. Address accuracy & refused shipments
If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges to resend the order will be the customer’s responsibility. You may choose to receive a refund minus the original outbound shipping cost.
